Drop Off

Tuesday, March 12th 1:00pm-9:00pm

  • Bring your prepped, tagged items sorted by type & size
  • Bring your signed Consignor Agreement, Car Seat Checklist and Crib Waiver (if applicable)
  • Go park and come back in to check in
  • After checking in, put your items on the sales floor in the designated areas
  • Large Volume Consignors with 500+ items please click here to reserve a drop off time. 
  • Pick up your Presale Tickets and shop 'til you drop!

Limited drop off appointments are available on Wednesday, March 13th from 8am-9am.  Email to reserve your spot.

We also  will have a second drop off on Thursday night from 7:00pm - 8:00 pm for Toys, Games, Books and Large Items.

Pick up

Sunday, March 17th from 4pm-6pm.  The charity truck will be loaded at 6:01pm and all remaining items will be donated.

Children are welcome at all pre-sale shopping times.  Children must stay with their parents at all times.


Pre-Sale passes will be provided at Consignor drop off. For anyone not consigning, they will be available at the door during scheduled shopping hours.

Bags & Baby Carriers

Diaper bags, infant carriers, backpacks and purses are great consignment items.  Please inspect all items carefully to make sure items have not been recalled, stained, damaged or are missing pieces. 

Put diaper bags and infant carriers on adult sized hangers.  Hole punch the JBF tag and attached it to the itmes with ribbon or string or safety pin it to the item.

Bedding, Blankets & Textiles

Bedding sizes accepted are bassinet through twin only.  Please be selective when selling bedding, blankets, receiving blankets, burp cloths and towels.  New and barely used items sell best.  Check carefully for stains.  Stained items are not acceptable.

Put bedding sets together in original packaging or in giant clear plastic bags. Arrange bedding sets inside bag so that shoppers can see all of the items as well as the design/pattern.  Secure the bag so that items do not get separated. Bundle blankets, cloths and towels with ribbon or string like a package (be sure multiple pieces cannot be separated.  Crib bumpers are NOT accepted. If selling a crib set, the bumpers must be removed or the item will be rejected.

If bedding is in a plastic bag, attach the tag securely to the inside of the bag and tape the bag shut.  If bedding/blankets are bundled with string, attach the tag directly to the blanket and tuck it under the ribbon/string so that it does not easily get pulled off when shifting around.

Books, Games, DVDs, Arts & Crafts

Books, book sets, board games, puzzles, video games, video game systems, scrapbook, arts & crafts sets are great items for resale.  Please only bring kids, parenting, homeschooling, pregnancy and child rearing books.  Games and puzzles must have all pieces (No "adult" content please.) Check items to ensure they are in great condition.

Use clear, ziploc bags to hold multiple pieces together.  Be sure that parts/games cannot be separated or switched out at the sale. 

When tagging books, please attach your tag to the book with clear tape or painters tape that can be removed without damaging the item.  Tape tag to the outside cover of glossy books and to the inside cover of books that will easily tear when removing the tag.  Please do not use packing or masking tape.

We will not be accepting VHS Tapes.


We sell children's clothing Premie through Juniors sizes as well as maternity.  Look at your clothing items as if you were going to purchase them.  No stained or damaged items will be accepted.  Any items that look like "mom's" clothes will be rejected at inspection.  Please freshly clean your clothing items. Please button all buttons, snap all snaps and zip all zippers before you arrive at drop off.  This will ensure that there are no defects in the clothing.  The newer the item looks (and the better it smells), the better it will sell.

Clothing must be season appropriate. 

Items not accepted in Fall include holiday themed items for St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, and July 4th.

Items not accepted in Spring include coats, lined jackets (windbreakers are fine), fleece items, flannel items, corduroy, sweaters and sweat pants or tops.  Holiday themed items for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine’s day will also not be accepted.

We will not be accepting Event T Shirts and Shirts with Dates on them (ex.: VBS, Camp, Fun Run, 2016 Fall Festival) 

Package and hang your items.  Please hang clothes so that the hanger hook points to the left (like a question mark).  Hang size premie through 5/5T on child-sized hangers and larger sizes and maternity on adult sized hangers.  Clothing that falls off the hanger onto the floor does not sell well.  Clothing sets tend to sell better so match things up if you can.  All garments should be hung on the backside of the shirt so that both pieces can be viewed without separating them.  Pants and shorts can be hung on pant-clip hangers or on regular hangers.  If using regular hangers, use safety pins to secure them to the top sides of the hanger.  Onesies, socks, tights, pants, hats and infant mittens need to be in clear, ziploc bags.  You may group multiple items in one bag.  Please be sure to label your tag well so that shoppers know if the items are short sleeved or long sleeved.

Hanging clothing must be priced at least $3.00.  Group outfits / items to reach this price point as needed.

Attach the tag to the upper right (when facing item) of the shirt or pants using a safety pin.  If using a tagging gun, put the tag through the item tag or on a seam in the armpit of the shirt or pocket area of pants.  To avoid making a hole or tear in the clothing, do NOT put the tag through part of the fabric. Pull on the tag to make sure it is properly secured and will not come off easily.  Please make sure consignor tags are pulled out of the clothing so they are easily visible to shoppers. Use staples or packing tape to attach tags to bagged items. You may also tape the bags shut to ensure items do not get separated.

Furniture & Equipment

Exersaucers, swings, high chairs, changing tables, cribs (manufactured AFTER June 28, 2011), strollers, bath seats, baby walkers, car seats & Car seat accessoies must be checked for safety recalls, must have all parts and must be clean and in good condition. 

If the item has multiple pieces use packing tape, zip-ties or string to keep time attached together.  If wooden furniture has loose parts, use ziploc bags to secure them and attach with packing tape.  All furniture and equipment must be assembled during the sale.  Batteries must be included, if applicable. 

Attach the JBF tag directly to the item with clear packing tape.

Infant Items

Nursing covers & pillows, feeding items, monitors, safety items, diapering & toileting items, rattles and more.  Please check for safety recalls on all items that you consign.

If item has multiple pieces use ziploc bags and packing tape to keep items attached together. Batteries must be included, if applicable.

Attach JBF tags directly to the item or clear ziploc bag with packing tape or staples.

Mommy Mart

Household items that other families will use are accepted, no knick knacks please.  You may consign storage solutions (bins, baskets, shelving), furniture and decor (lamps, wall hangings). Decor items should be current styles/designs.

If selling multiple pieces together, be sure that all pieces are secured together.  Secure the JBF tag to the item to ensure that the tag does not fall off during the sale and so that the item is not damamged when removed after purchase.


Make sure that shoes are clean and in good condition.  We are VERY selective with shoes.  Any shoes with tears, wear or that are not clean will be rejected.

Fasten shoes together with zip-ties. For infant or small shoes, you may put them in a clear ziploc bag.  No shoe boxes please. 

Punch a hold in the top of your JBF tag and attach to the shoes with zip-ties, string or ribbon.  For infant shoes in a clear ziploc bag, use staples or packing tape to secure the tag.


Ride-on toys, block sets, dolls, remote control cars, outdoor toys, learning toys and more.  All toys must be checked for safety recalls before consigning. Clean all toys and baby equipment thoroughly.  please test to make sure that toys and equipment are working properly.  Battery operated toys must include working batteries.

Bag all small parts belonging to toys/equipment in clear ziploc bags and tape the bag shut with clear packing tape.  Fasten the bag securely to the item with packing tape. Items must include ALL working parts.  Attach JBF tag directly to the item with clear packing tape. 

STUFFED ANIMALS- limited to 4 per consignor, name brand only (Disney, Ty, Build A Bear) All unsold stuffed animals will be donated

Things You Need to Know

Here's what you need to know about supplies:

  • All tags MUST be printed on white cardstock
  • Safety pin or use a tagging gun to attach the tagging to clothing.  If using a tagging gun, put the fastener through the tag of the item or in a seam to avoid creating holes in the fabric
  • Hang clothing items so that the hanger makes a question mark
  • Use plastic baggies to secure small items and pieces. Make sure you tape them shut using packing tape.
  • Use packing tape to attach tags to toys and other items, but make sure you don't put the tape over stickers or on surfaces that will tear upon removal.
  • Use painters tape or regular scotch tape to attach tags to items that will be damaged by packing tape
  • Use zip ties or baggies to secure shoes
